MRSA is under control at NUH and procedures are in place to reduce and prevent infections in the hospital.

These include meetings of the infection control team on a regular basis to review and improve the existing infection control processes; random audit to ensure compliance; campaign on hand washing; wearing gloves when touching bodily fluids and contaminated items; masking and gowning during procedures, etc.
